Why have a risk assessment?
A Risk Assessment identifies potential hazards that could be encountered during filming. It shows the person responsible for filming has considered the safety of everyone involved, including: actors, crew and general public.
There are several factors that need to come into account while making our opening title sequence, such as: While running around someone could trip and they could potentially get hurt, to avoid this we need to check for anything that could be a trip hazard and remove it. Another possible risk is having a reaction to the zombie makeup, avoiding this would only be as hard as it is to find safe makeup that wouldn't cause anyone to react to it.

How to make a risk assessment...
You must first draw out a table designed to your specific requirements but you should ensure you have these headings:
-The hazard -Who will be harmed -Risk controls in place -How dangerous is the risk -Additional precautions You should take a good amount of time to conclude your risk assessment to prevent any accidents during the time of filming. Our risk assessment... |
